Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the management team in overseeing daily service operations within a busy hospitality venue in Malta. The successful candidate will supervise service teams, ensure smooth operations during shifts, and maintain excellent guest service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house service staff during shifts

• Ensure smooth and efficient service operations

• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams during service

• Support management in staff supervision and training

• Monitor service quality and resolve guest concerns professionally

• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality or food and beverage service

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities

• Fluent English required

Working Hours:

40 hours per week. Overtime may be required depending on operational needs.
