We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to lead operations at The Indian Symphony, Wrap & Roll, and our catering services. This is a leadership role that blends operational expertise, customer service excellence, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and inspire a diverse team across restaurants and catering services
- Manage budgets, control costs, and achieve profitability goals
- Collaborate with chefs to develop innovative and profitable menus
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Oversee inventory management, supplier relationships, and waste reduction
- Create and roll out promotional and seasonal menu offerings
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and efficiency
- Prepare accurate financial and operational reports
- Support off-site catering events (ODC) as needed
Requirements
Education
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
Experience
- 3–5 years in the F&B industry
- Minimum 1–2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Proven ability to manage staff, budgets, and vendor relations
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional customer service with a focus on guest delight
- Solid understanding of cost control and financial reporting
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office
- Creative and strategic menu planning
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets (restaurants), maintaining high service and presentation standards.
- Manage F&B procurement, inventory, supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery of quality products.
- Implement and enforce HACCP, health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Train, develop, and manage the F&B team—managing rostering, performance appraisals, and succession planning.
- Respond to guest feedback promptly, resolving issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

Prepare and submit accurate operational reports, and support budgeting and P&L tracking.
Must Have
- 3 -5 Years Experience
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- English Speaking and Listening
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and motivation.
- Strong understanding of budget management and financial planning
