We charge a flat fee equal to one month’s wages for each successful placement.

Yes. If a candidate leaves or is terminated within the first 30–60 days (you can choose), we will offer one free replacement.

We can tailor sourcing based on your location and language needs.
Most roles are filled within 2–4 weeks, depending on the role, location, and visa processing (if applicable). We move quickly and keep you updated throughout.
Yes. Whether you need one position or 50, we can support you with volume hiring, ongoing pipelines, or project-based recruitment campaigns.
If no candidate has been hired yet, there’s no charge. If a candidate has accepted the offer, the fee becomes payable as per agreement.
