Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Technician to join our dental laboratory team in Kosovo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, fabricating, and repairing dental prosthetics including crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances based on dentist prescriptions and patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and design dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, and implants using traditional or digital methods
  • Read and interpret dentist instructions, models, and impressions
  • Use specialized tools, machinery, and CAD/CAM technology to fabricate dental appliances
  • Polish, finish, and make adjustments to dental restorations for comfort and aesthetics
  • Repair broken or damaged dental appliances
  • Ensure accuracy, fit, and quality of final products
  • Maintain lab equipment and ensure a clean and organized workspace
  • Keep detailed records of cases and materials used
  • Collaborate closely with dentists and other dental staff for case planning and feedback

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Dental Technology or similar qualification
  • Proven experience as a Dental Technician in a laboratory setting
  • Strong understanding of dental anatomy, materials, and prosthetic fabrication techniques
  • Experience with CAD/CAM systems (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape) is a strong advantage
  • Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of infection control and health & safety regulations
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic knowledge of English preferred; local language required

Preferred Skills:

  • Specialization in ceramics, orthodontics, implants, or digital dentistry
  • Experience in full-mouth restorations or cosmetic dental work
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques
