Responsibilities
- Oversee daily coffee shop operations
- Supervise and train baristas and service staff
- Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory, supply ordering, and stock control
- Handle POS, sales reports, and shift scheduling
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and brand standards
Must Have
- Minimum 2–3 years of managerial experience in a coffee shop, café, or quick service restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication in English (French is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of coffee, espresso drinks, and café operations
