Job Summary:

We are seeking a caring, trustworthy, and experienced Live-In Nanny to provide full-time childcare in a private household in Kosovo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the well-being, safety, and development of the children in their care, while also supporting the daily routines of the household. This is a live-in position with accommodation and meals provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and loving care to the children in a safe and nurturing environment
  • Plan and participate in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
  • Assist with homework, reading, and creative play
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
  • Manage children's daily routines (meals, naps, bathing, bedtime, etc.)
  • Keep children's areas tidy and organized
  • Accompany children to school, appointments, and extracurricular activities
  • Support basic household duties related to the children (laundry, tidying toys, etc.)
  • Communicate regularly with parents about the children's progress and needs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a nanny or childcare provider (with references)
  • Genuine love for children and strong childcare skills
  • Ability to handle responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Basic cooking and housekeeping skills related to children
  • Patience, flexibility, and a calm, professional demeanor
  • Fluent in [insert preferred languages, e.g., English and Albanian]
  • Must be legally eligible to live and work in Kosovo
  • Non-smoker preferred
  • First aid or childcare certification is a plus
