Job Summary:
We are seeking a caring, trustworthy, and experienced Live-In Nanny to provide full-time childcare in a private household in Kosovo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the well-being, safety, and development of the children in their care, while also supporting the daily routines of the household. This is a live-in position with accommodation and meals provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and loving care to the children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Plan and participate in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
- Assist with homework, reading, and creative play
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Manage children's daily routines (meals, naps, bathing, bedtime, etc.)
- Keep children's areas tidy and organized
- Accompany children to school, appointments, and extracurricular activities
- Support basic household duties related to the children (laundry, tidying toys, etc.)
- Communicate regularly with parents about the children's progress and needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a nanny or childcare provider (with references)
- Genuine love for children and strong childcare skills
- Ability to handle responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Basic cooking and housekeeping skills related to children
- Patience, flexibility, and a calm, professional demeanor
- Fluent in [insert preferred languages, e.g., English and Albanian]
- Must be legally eligible to live and work in Kosovo
- Non-smoker preferred
- First aid or childcare certification is a plus
