We’re looking for a professional, courteous Waiter or Waitress to deliver exceptional food and beverage service aligned with hotel standards. You’ll greet guests, take orders via POS or handheld device, communicate with kitchen and bar teams, serve meals and drinks, and ensure each guest has a seamless dining experience. Your attention to detail, friendliness, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will enhance guest satisfaction and uphold our hospitality excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, present menus
- Take accurate orders
- Serve food and drinks
- Set up and clear tables
- Process payments
Must Have
- Prior experience (at least 1 year) in a hotel or F&B service role, preferably in hospitality or resort setting
- Proficiency with POS systems or handheld order devices and basic cash-handling/math skills
- English speaking and listening
Nice to have
- Familiarity with food & beverage ingredients, preparation, and wine service for upselling and guest advice
- French & Creole languages
- Basic knowledge of hygiene/HACCP standards or a Food Handler certification
- Flexibility to assist across outlets or room service and availability to work weekends, holidays, and shifts
