We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join the F&B team at a luxury 5-star hotel in Mauritius. If you love coffee and providing exceptional guest experiences, this opportunity is for you!

Customer Service

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Coffee and Beverage Orders
  • Maintain Coffee Equipment 
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Service 
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene 
  • Inventory & Stock Control
  • Cash and POS Handling

Must Have

  • Barista Experience (Minimum 1–2 Years)
  • Coffee Machine Operation
  • Good Communication Skills (English) 
  • Skilled in preparing espresso-based drinks (latte, cappuccino, macchiato, etc.)
  • Food & Beverage Handling Certification  

Nice to have

  • Understanding of single-origin beans, pour-over, French press, cold brew, etc.
  • Experience in a 4/5-Star Hotel or Specialty Café
