Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Car Wash Technician to join our team in Kosovo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. This role includes both manual washing and operating car wash equipment, depending on the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and clean vehicle exteriors using hand tools or automated equipment
• Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, and dashboards
• Apply wax, protective coatings, or tire shine as needed
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing for quality assurance
• Handle customer vehicles with care and attention
• Follow proper safety procedures when using chemicals and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Report any equipment issues or vehicle damage immediately
• Provide friendly and respectful customer service when interacting with clients

Requirements:

• Previous experience in car washing, detailing, or similar manual work is preferred (but not required – training can be provided)
• Ability to work in outdoor and wet conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of car care products and techniques is an advantage
• Willingness to work weekends or overtime as needed
