About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide high-quality support to individuals who need assistance with daily living. The role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being for clients in residential, community, or home care settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (washing, dressing, mobility, and hygiene).
• Support with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
• Report any changes in health, behavior, or needs to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members.

Requirements

• Previous experience in care, nursing, or support roles (preferred but not always essential).
• Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care, First Aid, CPR).
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts.
• Physically able to assist with mobility and daily activities.
