Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor – Level 2 to support the management team in delivering exceptional service within a busy hospitality venue in Malta. The successful candidate will supervise service teams, coordinate daily operations during shifts, and ensure the highest standards of guest experience are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise food and beverage service teams during daily operations

• Ensure smooth and efficient service throughout each shift

• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams

• Support management with staff supervision, scheduling, and training

• Monitor service quality and address guest concerns professionally

• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in food and beverage service

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality preferred

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• Ability to manage busy service periods effectively

• Fluent English required (additional languages are an advantage)

Probation Period: 6 months

Working Hours:

40 hours per week. Overtime may be required depending on operational needs.
