About the Role
We are partnering with a prestigious international luxury resort seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead and elevate the end-to-end guest journey.
This senior leadership role is responsible for delivering world-class service standards, overseeing Front Office and Concierge operations, and driving exceptional guest satisfaction across all touchpoints. The successful candidate will bring strong operational leadership combined with a passion for luxury hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations departments
Ensure seamless guest experiences from pre-arrival through departure
Maintain and elevate luxury brand service standards
Monitor and analyse guest satisfaction metrics (LQA, TrustYou, internal KPIs)
Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance service delivery
Design and deliver training programs focused on service excellence
Build strategic partnerships to curate exclusive guest experiences
Collaborate with Rooms Division, Housekeeping, F&B, and Revenue teams
Oversee departmental budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning
Handle VIP guest management and high-level service recovery
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in luxury hospitality operations
Proven leadership experience within 5-star hotels or resorts
Background in Front Office, Concierge, or Guest Experience management
Strong understanding of luxury service standards and brand compliance
Experience managing multicultural teams
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA advantageous)
Fluency in English required; additional languages advantageous
