About the Role

We are partnering with a prestigious international luxury resort seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead and elevate the end-to-end guest journey.

This senior leadership role is responsible for delivering world-class service standards, overseeing Front Office and Concierge operations, and driving exceptional guest satisfaction across all touchpoints. The successful candidate will bring strong operational leadership combined with a passion for luxury hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations departments

  • Ensure seamless guest experiences from pre-arrival through departure

  • Maintain and elevate luxury brand service standards

  • Monitor and analyse guest satisfaction metrics (LQA, TrustYou, internal KPIs)

  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance service delivery

  • Design and deliver training programs focused on service excellence

  • Build strategic partnerships to curate exclusive guest experiences

  • Collaborate with Rooms Division, Housekeeping, F&B, and Revenue teams

  • Oversee departmental budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning

  • Handle VIP guest management and high-level service recovery

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in luxury hospitality operations

  • Proven leadership experience within 5-star hotels or resorts

  • Background in Front Office, Concierge, or Guest Experience management

  • Strong understanding of luxury service standards and brand compliance

  • Experience managing multicultural teams

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA advantageous)

  • Fluency in English required; additional languages advantageous
