Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Host – Level 1 to join the front-of-house team at a premium hospitality venue in Malta. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring a positive first impression for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Manage reservations and assist with guest seating

• Maintain an organised waiting list during busy service periods

• Provide guests with information about the venue and services

• Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth guest flow

• Assist with maintaining a welcoming and organised reception area

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and friendly attitude

• Strong organisational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent English required (additional languages are an advantage)

Probation Period: 6 months

Working Hours:

40 hours per week. Overtime may be required depending on operational needs.
